Remember the fun you had at the Drive-in, you still can!  Capri is a 1,000 car, twin-screen drive-in open seven nights a week from March until late October. One of the "10 Best Drive-In's in America" according to USA Today.

Things To Do 
Experience the original flavor of an All American Drive-In at the Capri Drive-In Movie Theater, New York Times says it's one of the best in the country! Step inside the historic Tibbits Opera House; built in 1882 and stay for a performance by its Professional Summer Theatre. Tour the many historic sites in the area including the Wing House Museum a prime example of 19th century Second Empire architecture. Visit farm markets for locally grown produce from May through October in Coldwater Country.

Meander through the countryside and discover Amish bakeries and shops. Stroll through charming downtowns where specialty shops and boutiques welcome you with a friendly hello as you enter. Check out Michigan’s Antique Capital in Allen and the antique shops in Coldwater, Quincy, Union City and Bronson.

Lakes, Lakes and more lakes, Coldwater Country has over 100 lakes, the perfect destination for boating, fishing, kayaking, or just a lazy day on the water. Boat along one of our two Chain-of Lakes and enjoy a day-long lakes experience. Boat rentals are available. Bikers will love our 15 and 20 mile lake tours. Play all day on our spectacular golf courses. Play paint ball or race go karts at the local Adventure Zone.

US 12 Heritage Trail 
Slow down for a while, step back in time and experience the fascinating history of the towns and cities that dot the landscape of Michigan's first highway. Rich with colorful character, remarkable history and changing landscape, the US 12 Heritage Trail follows the same path Native Americans traveled on by foot and rugged pioneers travel in wagons. Each traveler carved their history into this stretch of roadway known as the US 12 Heritage Trail.

Events 
There’s always something happening in Coldwater Country! Festivals and special events are always taking place throughout the year. Spring through early Fall check out Sprint Car and Street Stock racing on Saturday nights or Motocross racing most weekends.  In August check out Michigan's Longest Yard Sale along the U.S. 12 Heritage Trail, the local fair or the Old 27 Motor Tour, an annual cruise starting in Coldwater and ending up in Cheboygan. The AppleFest in September not only includes Apples but baked goods, cider and crafts.
