Saginaw Valley - Japanese Cultural Center & Tea House

One of a very few authentic Japanese teahouses in the United States, the Japanese Cultural Center and Tea House was built in 1985-86 as a symbol of friendship and cultural exchange with Saginaw's Sister City, Tokushima, Japan. Traditional tea ceremonies are conducted the 2nd Saturday of each month. One of the many attractions in the Saginaw Valley.

Chesaning Showboat

The Chesaning Showboat Music Festival takes place on a replica Mississippi-style riverboat along the banks of the Shiawassee River. This year’s artists include Sugarland, David Cook, Pop Evil, Framing Hanley, Tommy James & The Shondells. Special VIP ticket packages are available for each show.
