On the beach. In the national forests. Along the rivers, lakesides and sand dunes. Michigan campgrounds invite us to spend spectacular evenings under the stars. In our tents, in our RVs and snuggled up in our sleeping bags. There are more than a thousand public and private Michigan campgrounds that remind us just how great the great outdoors can be. So let’s pack up our gear. Head out. And set up camp in one of many Pure Michigan campgrounds.

Michigan has nearly 100 state parks, its state and national forests, and its private campgrounds offer thousands of sites for campers to pitch their tents, park their RVs, or reserve a RV or trailer.  L'Anse Township Park Michigan has showers, 30 sites, playground, horseshoe pits, fire rings and Lake Superior Beach is near.  Open mid-May to Mid-October
