Bear River Canoe Livery
Located about a mile outside the Petoskey city limit, off McDougall Road, we offer one, two and four-hour canoe and kayak trips down the Bear River. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the livery is staffed seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. During the off-season, canoe trips can be arranged by appointment. Rental prices include paddles and personal floatation devices. Pack a lunch, bring a cooler and make a day of it.
