Originally built in 1901, this recently renovated two story home is situated in the charming village of Lexington, just North of the natural stone harbor. Lexington is known for it's Music in the Park series and weekend festivals during the Summer & Fall. Walk to quaint shops. The village is just 20 miles North of Port Huron and 70 miles North of Metro Detroit. The house has three bedrooms and a full bath (with tub) upstairs with a den and a full bath (shower only) downstairs. The kitchen/living/dining room are also downstairs (all open plan) with spectacular views. Cooled by the gentle breezes of Lake Huron, the two front bedrooms and living room all have ceiling fans. The baths are ceramic tile. The house also features original wood floors throughout (except the kitchen). Linens included, gas fireplace/grill. Smoke free, no pets. $1500/week. $400 security deposit required (separate check please!). 50% deposit required, balance due 30days prior to arrival.
