Most of Battle Creek's pioneers are buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, including James and Ellen White, co-founders of the Seventh Day Adventist church, Sojourner Truth, Abolitionist and Equal Rights Campaigner. Also, W.K. Kellogg and his brother John Harvey Kellogg, C.W. Post, and Bill Knapp. Tourists world-wide visit these historic grave sites each year. Gates open 8am-dusk daily. The office is open 9:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Admission free.
