In the tradition of the musical fare presented during the late 1800's by the Round Oak Band, friends and family gather downtown for the 12-week Beckwith Park Summer Concert Series. The series opens the first Thursday in June, with performances beginning at 7:30pm. The bricked parkway provides ample room for lawn chair seating. Music enthusiasts enjoy vocal and instrumental performances featuring jazz, bluegrass, the big band sound and ethnic. Phone (269) 782-8212.
