This weekend, we are heading out to Grand Rapids for ArtPrize!
ArtPrize is a one-of-a-kind event that transforms the entire city into an art gallery. Artists from all over the world display their work all over the city, and attendees get to vote for the winners.
In keeping with the spirit of ArtPrize, we want you to tell us what we should go see this weekend. Here are the suggestions we’ve gotten so far – feel free to leave a comment and add to it. We’ll do our best to get to all of them!
If you’re also going to be in Grand Rapids this weekend, Brent Pliskow (one of our Twitter followers) was kind enough to organize a Pure Michigan meet up on Sunday afternoon. We’d love for you to stop by and say hi!
Thanks to Dan Donarski, our noted travel and outdoor blogger, for sharing his experience and tips on hunting grouse this fall!
Under an azure sky, with the leaves blushing in the glory of autumn, it is now the season for the dogs, bird dogs to be specific.

That’s when I found my savior—the S.S. Badger.
