@PureMichigan why the disparity in refilling growlers by other brewpubs? Some say its the law and others re-fill. What’s with this practice.

Why are most of the breweries that have recently opened in Michigan licensed as microbreweries rather than brewpubs?

The Iowa Wine & Beer Promotion Board developed an iPhone app that lets you know where every brewery, brewpub, and winery in the state is located.  It’s an awesome little app and i would love to have one for Michigan!  Is anything like that in the works?
