I’ve never been showshoe-ing, and didn’t know it could take you to areas of the woods that have heavy brush. This makes me want to finally try it this winter!

My favorite thing about winter here in Northern Michigan is the fantastic snowy landscapes on the rivers of Northern Michigan. That and the fact many of our trout waters remain open to Fly Fishing and you rarely see another soul on the water this time of year. Makes for some good reflection time.
