Do you live near the Ludington area or plan to be there for New Year’s? Help reclaim the Guinness World Record for the Most Snow Angels done simultaneously – 9,000 volunteers are needed, so every little bit of support helps!

The Detroit Institute of Arts opened two new exhibits this week – a gallery that will rotate a collection of more than 800 puppets from the Paul McPharlin Puppetry Collection, as well as a gallery featuring Ancient Middle Eastern art.
