Pure Michigan Has Done It Again!
We are proud to announce that we were honored with 2 Mercury Awards from the U.S. Travel Association at this year’s Educational Seminar for Tourism Organizations.
The first award we won this year is for Best Radio Advertising for our “North Star” ad and our “Nature’s Greatest Show” ad.
The second award is for Best Niche Marketing for our promotion efforts around golf and hunting. For hunting, the award was based on our digital campaign. For golf, the award was based on our TV commercial “Tee Times”, our radio commercial “Games on the Grass”, and this beautiful print piece:
We are thrilled to receive this industry recognition again, right on the heels of Forbes naming us one of the ten best tourism promotion campaigns of all time. These two Mercury Awards will join the others we’ve received in the past - Best State Tourism Advertising Campaign (2007), Best State Tourism Television Commercials (2007), and Best State Tourism Radio Campaign (2008).
