Guest blogger Tim Hygh tells the story of a magical experience had while golfing the gorgeous LochenHeath course: a famed Traverse City attraction
Golf has a magical way of making lifetime memories. Thankfully one of Michigan’s unique golf courses that is a true memory-maker is back in business for the summer of 2011.
It’s the fabled LochenHeath Golf Course, the former cherry orchard turned Scottish links course on the shores of East Grand Traverse Bay. Back in business after a two year hiatus, golfers who missed this gem will now have a chance to make a memory of their own.
