The Blue Water Area is not limited to the nautical minded individuals. Capac is a village located in St. Clair County, offering parks, Holly Meadows Golf Course and the Capac Community Museum which is a restored Grand Trunk Depot. The world famous Kempf Model City train, 40 feet long and four feet wide, is housed at the museum. It was completed in 1923 by the Kempf brothers of Capac and took seven years to build.
