A small town located in Clare County.  Farwell has several manufacturing and small businesses in the area.  In July, is the Lumberjack Festival with chainsaw carvings, skillet toss, greased pig and more. September over Labor Day Weekend is a large carnival with Figure 8 Demolition Derby.  November brings Holiday "Lights" festival with live reindeer in the village park and Santa Claus.
