Plan to stop in to the museum during the month of December and view the variety of community-decorated christmas trees and wreaths on display over our two floors! Groups who participate include Monroe county 4-H clubs, church groups, classrooms, Boy and Gril Scouts, non-profits and more. The evergreens have many interpretations on any holiday or seasonal theme, and we've had santas, snowmen, angels and some different offerings such as shotgun shell ornaments, pink flamingos and flip-flops, and non-traditional ornaments. There are also charity themed trees, where the sponsoring group would accept more donations to the VA hospital, local charities, and schools. Our Victorian room and museum are also decorated for the holidays- come in, we are open 7 days a week.
