The Charles H. Wright Museum stands alone as the premier archivist of African-American culture and history. Aside from regular educational and intellectual opportunities, the museum celebrates the cultures of the African Diaspora at its annual African World Festival. This festival is one of Detroit's cultural staples, and typically draws hundreds of thousands of attendees.
