Paths twist and turn through gardens bursting with herbs and wildflowers. People sit and chat on benches tucked away in secluded corners. Art displays that mirror the gardens’ colors line the paths. Live music floats to the ear from the amphitheater and stage at the back of the garden and mingles with children’s excited voices as they make birdhouses and recycled paper greeting cards at workshops throughout the gardens. This is the 3rd Annual Art in the Garden, taking place on June 28, 2014 at the Otsego County Alternative Landscaping Demonstration Garden and Conservation Forest at 800 Livingston Blvd. in Gaylord, Michigan. Entrance to this unique experience is free.
