The Frostic School of Art Faculty will showcase their newest works produced from recent research and studio time. Several full and part-time faculty have created specific works just for the Albertine Monroe-Brown Gallery, a two-story space designed to let artists create works in an expansive architectural space specifically conceptualized for contemporary fine art. Faculty works cover a wide variety of media, from video to sculpture and painting, printmaking, ceramics, metals/jewelry, photography and digital media. All events are free and open to the public. The Albertine Monroe-Brown Gallery is located at the Richmond Center for Visual Arts, Gwen Frostic School of Art, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. Gallery hours are 10am to 6pm Monday through Thursday, 10am to 9pm on Fridays, and 12pm to 6pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
