The Hiawatha Music Co-op celebrates its 37th Traditional Music Festival July 17, 18, 19, 2015. Join us as we enjoy another weekend of traditional music at the lovely Tourist Park campground in Marquette. This is a family oriented, music filled weekend on the beautiful shores of the recently redesigned and filled Dead River Basin. Each July, musicians, families, and guests from near and far come to Tourist Park for a weekend of traditional music concerts, workshops, and informal jam sessions. This years music promises to once again please everyone with local, regional, national musicians, and world traveling musicians. Another important festival tradition is the Artists in the Round art and craft show and sale. As always, this years artisans will offer a wonderful assortment of wares. This year, the Festival will also feature a Young Artists Corner that will feature juried craft show and sale. A variety of food vendors will also be on hand to provide hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare as well as snacks and beverages. To learn more about the Festival, mainstage music line up, or to order tickets on-line, please visit the website link, or you may call (906) 226-8575.
