The first event at the Trading Post (now called the River Raisin Territorial Park) for 2014! Learn some "Old French Town Ways' with us as staff and volunteers demonstrate the process of producing maple syrup and related activities. Learn how easy it is to do, and perhaps try your own hand at tapping your maple trees! Time is from 12pm to 4pm.             PLEASE NOTE: Due to flooding at our original site (Navarre-Anerson Trading Post), we invite you to stop in at the Museum and learn about the tapping of trees, the production of maple syrup & sugar- then perhaps go and tap your own! Stay warm and safe and come to the museum anytime from 12 to 4pm and "talk maple"! Updated 03.21.14.
