The sculpture and painting of artist Scott Lurain will be on view at the Museum this spring. Nearly 70 pieces in a variety of media including acrylic, watercolor, glass, metal and Michigan alabaster will be featured. Lurain’s work reveals his thoughts about astronomy, historical events, music, angels and spiritual matter. Lurain is a Plymouth native who recently relocated to Saginaw, excited by the region’s energy. Opening reception May 2 with museum paid admission.
