The Wall: A Pilgrimage
A family makes the long trek to Washington, D.C., to see the Vietnamese Veterans Memorial Wall and touch the name of their loved one. As each family member goes to the wall, his or her remembrance makes a powerful monologue, which may be presented alone. This is not a play about the Vietnam War. Instead, it's a character study of universal relevance...a thoughtful little drama suggesting that a death in the family, even after 20 years, can still affect life within that family. The play is provocative, remarkably affecting, even heart rendering at times...and absorbing and moving—and occasionally even amusing—experience in the theatre. A timely event taking place two days after Veterans Day. Reservations recommended. Tickets are $45 for dinner and show and $20 for the show only. Tickets available on line at the website link or by phone (616) 975-0864.
