A perfect pairing for the jazz, gospel and funk-inspired compositions of Chris Brubeck, the groundbreaking trio Time for Three joins the MSO to perform Brubeck’s concerto, Travels in Time for Three. From the Irish fiddling in the second movement to the Deep Bayou Funk Groove in the last, the piece gives the effect that the trio is time traveling through musical styles – a guaranteed fun and exciting performance!
