From a 5-ounce Hawaiian “Gangnam Style” Opah inspired by the popular song to a Drunken Cow Burger with beer-infused cheese and even a stout brownie sundae, it’s clear that Grand Rapids’ local chefs approached this as a no-beers-barred experiment! You can check out the My Experience Grand Rapids Blog each week leading up to the promotion for exclusive chef interviews and insider features on what they’re cooking up.
