The Gilmore Car Museum is recognized as one of the top automotive attractions in America. This automotive museum icon—open to the public for over four decades-- is excited to unveil their latest expansion, the Automotive Heritage Center, making the destination a year-round location for car enthusiast and more!
In addition to the 45,000 sq ft expansion, the museum complex has a number of highlights including eight historic buildings and barns housing more than 300 cars. The complex welcomes visitors to come and explore its re-created 1930s service station, nearly 75 vintage pedal cars, more than 1,500 hood ornaments, and a fully-functional 1941 Blue Moon Silk City Diner—and an impressive collections of motorcycles.
Automotive enthusiasts will marvel at the 1890s classic Duesenberg, the elusive 1948 Tucker, and a number of muscle cars of the ‘60s and ‘70s. During the summer months guests can also explore the museum's 90-acre park-like campus of historic buildings and take part in one of its many popular car shows.
