Established in 1952 Fat Boy's is owned and operated by Matt and Jill Urbane. They bought the restaurant in 2009 after it had been closed for eight months. It has been totally remodeled and updated. The menu remains the same as it has for 60 years serving breakfast and lunch. With an emphasis on fresh, Fat Boy known for its burgers grind their beef fresh on site everyday. Everything on the menu is purchased from local sources. Nothing is frozen. They also make their own breakfast sausage. This is not a fast food joint as everything is cooked to order.
