Our Harrisville cottage has a large door-wall that faces the shore for a great view of beautiful Lake Huron sunrises and sunsets. It has a family size kitchen with a cozy table and chairs that opens to seat four. A Franklin stove sits in the living room and warms the cool summer and fall nights. An arbor frames the view to the shore at the back of the yard. Step out the back door and enjoy the short walk down to the shore. There is a rustic bench and campfire pit at the back of the cabin overlooking the beach for evenings around the fire. The Sturgeon Point Light House, which was built in 1869, is a short walk down the shore and is still operational. There is excellent rock and shell hunting nearby Cedarbrook Trout Farm is an area attraction along the shore. Kitchen ware and linens are provided; just bring your own towels.
