Kangas'' Cafe and Catering opened on September 15, 2008. The business is family owned and operated. Dolores and Chris Kangas started catering in the 1980''s and the family has continued to build on their legacy. They are committed to fresh, high quality, made from scratch cuisine. Recently, their eldest son Executive Chef Kevin Kangas has joined the family business. Chef Kangas brings creative and fresh flair from Cinncinati, Ohio. His experience in large catering events, unique food and his fruit carvings bring the big city experience to the Copper Country. Cafe open Monday - Friday 8 am to 3 pm.
