Located along the Red Cedar River, this 100 acre park features the county zoological park with nearly 500 different animals species, plus playground, picnic areas, pony and camel rides, petting zoo, gardens and more. Per vehicle parking fee; zoo admission fee. Year round family experience with tours, Halloween Zoo Boo and Christmas lights. We are now a "Certified Sensory Inclusive Zoo."

Lots of animals
Had a great visit during off season, so no parking fee and cheaper tickets. It was cool weather so lots of animals outside. Good information placards and fun photo ops.
