A family owned store with 42 flavors of freshly popped popcorn all made from scratch in Michigan are offered for sample at the Popcorn Wagon store. Try the Fruit Salad, Dill Pickle or the all time favorite Carmel Corn. Cant you just smell and taste it? Then take home your favorite variety or consider experimenting on your own at home. They also offer supplies such as ten varieties of un-popped popcorn and over a dozen different seasons!

Smell the aroma of many homemade treats?Its likely coming from the Zehnders Bakery. Here guests can taste the samples of fresh baked breads and sweets. At various times, you can watch the team of bakers preparing all their famous recipes through the window in the Zehnders Marketplace Bake Shop. Hear the story of how the traditional German pretzel originated, and then be transformed into a German baker. This hands-on experience offers a behind the scenes opportunity for you to learn pretzel rolling methods from the knowledgeable Bavarian Inn staff while you shape your own pretzel. Then, pick up your piping hot pretzel after they are baked and reap the rewards of your hard work at the Bavarian Inn Bakery. This experience is offered daily at 2:30pm. The cost is $4.50 per person and a minimum of one hour advance reservations are required.

Offering seasonally fresh, local products at its downtown location on Saturdays from 8am-2pm May 21st through October 15th. The market also features many handmade goods as well as offers education to growers, producers and consumers on the values of locally grown products. You will often find entertainment in this wonderful gathering area for the community. The Farmers Market also offers a Wednesday evening market in the Frankenmuth Credit Union parking lot for fresh, mid-week market needs. There are also various special events going on throughout the summer and fall to encourage consumption of locally grown products.

The "Wine Garden Tasting Room" is where you will find a small intimate setting and a friendly staff person to guide you through a unique and enjoyable experience of sampling both chocolates and Michigan made wines. The cost is $4 per person and you will enjoy five chocolates and six wine samples to complete the experience. Sparkling juice is available for those participants that are under 21 years of age or seeking an alcohol free experience. Located at the Wolcott Winery in the Frankenmuth FunShips building. A wine only sampling experience is also available.

This fascinating 20-minute tour features the history of the brewery and the entire brewing and bottling process at the Frankenmuth Brewery. You will also see the Frankie Root Bier being made and bottled. St. Julian is Michigan's oldest, largest and most awarded winery. Sample many exquisite wines that are made right here in Michigan! The winery is home of the award winning Solera Cream Sherry which is aged in oak barrels in Frankenmuth. Non-alcoholic sparkling juices are also available for sample to those under the age of 21 or seeking an alcohol free experience. Open 10am and 6pm Mon-Sat and 12pm and 6pm Sunday. Sampling is free of charge.
