Brys Estate Vineyard & Winery Named One of Top 20 Most Admired Wine Tasting Rooms
Michigan’s premier boutique winery, Brys Estate Vineyard & Winery, is receiving national attention recently being named one of the Top 20 Most Admired Wine Tasting Rooms and Experiences in the United States by Vineyard & Winery Management magazine--the oldest and largest wine trade publication in North America. Brys Estate is the first Michigan winery to be named to the magazine’s annual ‘Top 20’ award list.
The annual award, featuring a new topic each year--including wine people, winemakers, grapegrowers, and now tasting rooms--is the result of a survey sent to wine industry leaders throughout the nation. The survey is not a multiple choice but rather open ended questions allowing the industry to nominate any of the more than 8,000 wineries in North America, sharing who they thought most deserved recognition and why. Learn why this Northern Michigan winery was named one of the top most- admired wine tasting experiences in the nation by industry members.
Located on Old Mission Peninsula, Brys Estate Vineyard and Winery offers guests a Pure Michigan experience as they visit the old-world brick and mahogany tasting room featuring international barrel and cask rooms, where red wines are aged in traditional French oak barrels.Visitors can also immerse themselves into the vineyard with a walk on the one-of-a-kind Bridge Above the Vines, or enjoy a glass of wine and the view from the expansive Upper Deck. Elevated six feet, the deck provides guests with spectacular views of the vineyard and East Grand Traverse Bay, an experience unlike any other vineyard and winery.
