Stay motivated during the winter months by registering for the BE GREATER INDOOR TRI on Sunday, February 25. The TRI will consist of a 20 minute swim; 20 minute bike and 20 minute run on a treadmill. Transitions are 4 minutes and bikes are compatible with running shoes or bike shoes with SPD cleats. Winners will be awarded on total distance covered in all 3 disciplines.
DIVE and DASH participants (ages 7-12) will swim in the Lap Pool and run on the Indoor Track; time dependent on their age group designation. This is a great training motivator for TRI-KIDS-TRY on July 21! Participant award given to all!
