As part of this event the Higgins Lake Foundation will be offering education on aquatic invasive species and the importance of washing vessels. It will also include volunteers washing boats from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. This event will be offered at all public boat launches on Higgins Lake. Including North Higgins Lake State Park, South Higgins Lake State Park, West Higgins Lake Boating Access Site and Gerrish Township Marina. For more information please call the park.
