Celebrating the Music of the Minneapolis Sound with Mr. Hayes & Friends features Morris Hayes, Prince’s longest-serving band member and former music director, with Tony Mosley and MacKenzie. The evening opens with a one-of-a-kind performance bringing Crescendo Detroit students and faculty together with Hayes and acclaimed Detroit artists Gayelynn McKinney, Maurice “Piranhahead” Herd and Raine Baker. The celebration continues with the main concert and an exclusive VIP After-Show Experience. Presented at Detroit’s restored Bonstelle Playhouse.
