Johnson Hunting and Fishing Center. This winter enjoy a lantern-lit snowshoe hike along a portion of the Heritage Nature Trail. The short hike, about 1 mile, will have a campfire warming station and hot coco. Participants are welcome to bring their own snowshoes or the park will have a limited number of snowshoes available first come, first served. Last hikers should go out no later than 8 p.m. allowing everyone enough time to enjoy the trail before lanterns are extinguished at 9 p.m. No reservations are required. Participants should dress appropriately for weather conditions. In the chance of server weather or poor travel conditions, the event may be canceled.
