LowellArts hosts an exhibition that features the works of two all-female artist groups. Titled Artemis, Eve, Frigg and Beyond: A Contemporary Eye, eighteen West Michigan women career artist will present original works based on fables, mythology, and the modern woman. In addition, the Michigan Women's Art Collective, a group of eleven artists and six poets, presents See Us, Hear Us: Women’s Voices In Image and Word - exploring what it means to be seen and heard, to engage in community, to respond to both local and global pressures, to own a voice and to assert it, to speak from the heart and mind.

Artist Reception: Sunday, April 14, 2-4pm

Gallery Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.
