Using authentic Himalayan singing bowls, flutes, overtone chanting, and sacred instruments, this experience invites you into a deeply restorative state where the body can relax, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.

As waves of vibration move through the room, many participants report feelings of profound peace, clarity, and renewal. No prior meditation experience is necessarysimply come as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you'd like to help you settle into stillness. Yoga mats and bolsters are available at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your favorite pillow, blanket, eye pillow, or any additional props for extra comfort.
