Indian Brook Trout Farm

Kids of all ages love to visit Indian Brook Farms. What an opportunity for adults to drive a few miles to experience a fun filled environment that also educates kids about aquaculture and agriculture. As you arrive at Indian Brook Farms you will see a trout pond, gift shop, snack bar and a huge display of pumpkins in the fall. A free wagon ride takes kids (and adults) through 120 acres of agricultural experiences including wet lands, vegetable and flower gardening, natural untouched plant growth and one of the biggest pumpkin patches around. Kids learn about aquaculture by seeing how fish are hatched and nurtured through the stages of growth to full sized trout at the Indian Brook Farms spring fed fish hatchery. They can feed the fish and also fish for full sized trout at the Fishing Pond. Before and after the wagon ride kids can visit the fish ponds, gift shop and snack bar which features freshly made donuts as well as other snacks and drinks. Unique for school trips, company outings, family re-unions, school class tours, birthday parties and other events where having fun is a desired ingredient.
