Cass City is located in the heart of Michigan's Thumb area with the Cass River running through and 23 species of fish that cohabit at that waterway. Visit Sanilac Petroglyphs Historic State Park, a 240 acre parcel historic site, houses the Sanilac Petroglyphs, Michigan's only known rock carvings attributed to Native American workmanship in the Lower Peninsula.
