Baroda is nestled in a beautiful country setting of rolling hills, flowing vineyards, orchards filled with blossoms and acres of golden grain. The Village is home to just under 900 residents and the slogan, "Casual Country Charm," says a lot about the community. Their quaint brick main street reminds you of an era long ago, when life wasn’t so busy.
Baroda is also home to two beautiful parks. The Baroda Village Park is located along Hickory Creek and offers public tennis courts, basketball courts and playground equipment. There is also a picnic pavilion. Join us for an afternoon of music and relaxation at the Baroda Village Park on the fourth Sundays of June, July and August. Bring your picnic lunch and blanket or lawn chairs and listen to the music and visit with friends. All programs will begin at 4:00 pm. Baroda Township is home to Hess Lake Park, a beautiful 29-acre park with nature trails, fishing on Hess Lake, soccer fields, baseball fields and a covered pavilion.
