The Kal-Haven Trail starts in South Haven and ends in Kalamazoo. It is a 33.5 mile multi-use trail utilized by non-motorized bicycles, hikers and snowmobiles when there is a 4-inch snow base.Van Buren State Park has one mile of sandy beach and high dune formations along the Lake Michigan shoreline. This is a great place to camp for the various festivals throughout the year.
