Built in 1973, Augusta Creek Bridge is one of West Michigan's newest covered bridges. Originally built by Doug Carrigan, today the 32-foot long covered bridge is open to the public near the entrance to the W.K. Kellogg Forest. The current bridge, which is about 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide, stands about a foot higher than the original bridge. Folding doors at both ends and shuttered openings on both sides allow visitors to enjoy the views both upstream and down
