Listen to nesting loons call, watch an eagle catch breakfast while sipping coffee on your porch, enjoy the sunrise in a kayak on the lake (included with cottage rentals).
Each cottage offers a living/dining area, satellite TV and a furnished kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dinnerware). Your bath towels and linens are supplied. Halfway Lake Resort provides wi-fi, charcoal grills, a gas grill, community fire pit, children's playground, outdoor hot tub, swimming and picnic areas. Each cottage rental includes use of resort row boats, canoes and kayaks at no extra charge!
Open year round, popular activities include fishing, canoeing, hunting, swimming, rock hounding, boating, hiking, and cross country skiing. Guests enjoy four wheeler riding and snowmobiling (in lake effect snow) directly from the resort with gas and food just down the road. We have on-site snowmobile and ATV rentals with ample parking for your trailers. 12 miles NW of Newberry, 6 miles south of Pinestump Junction.
