Executive Chef Matthew Millar takes great pride in RESERVE’s world-class menu, fully embracing the West Michigan farm-to-table philosophy. Boasting one of Michigan’s most extensive charcuterie bars, RESERVE delivers meats and cheeses from around the world – as well as several regional favorites. The locally-driven and seasonally-inspired menu features an eclectic and inviting selection of artisanal small plates, hearty entrees and decadent desserts, with an emphasis on house-made. And, with over 100 wines available by the glass and well over 200 bottles of wine to choose from, RESERVE also gives you the opportunity to explore the world of wine – as well as those from right here in Michigan. In addition to its extensive wine selection, RESERVE offers a selection of craft beers, liquors and specialty drinks. Whether casually dressed or formally adorned, all are welcome to enjoy an evening of dining and wining at RESERVE. Private spaces accommodate groups of 12 to 50, including the lower level Vault, the Loft, Champagne Room and a second-level outdoor entertaining space – providing al fresco dining during the warm-weather season. Located in heart of downtown, RESERVE is within walking distance of four hotels, the convention center and Arena District. Closed Sunday.
