Saline named after the natural salt springs found in the area and offers visitors a charming small town with treasures worth exploring! Home to the annual Saline Celtic Festival, Ann Arbor Antiques Market, the Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic and many more visitors will find a wealth of culture and annual events for the entire family to enjoy. The areas rich architecture is evident as you arrive in town and are greeted by the stately Curtiss House, built in 1876 by banker William Davenport, this is one of the best examples of Second Empire architecture in Michigan. The town is also rich with samples of post revolutionary, Victorian and classic Americana architecture. Visitors will also find an eclectic mix of shops with everything from interior decor to classic antiques and dining opportunities abound for every taste.
