The Stuart Avenue Inn blends history and hospitality to provide visitors to Kalamazoo with the classic B&B experience. The Queen Ann Style structure was built in 1886 in the now Historic Stuart Area Neighborhood. The Inn includes 10 guest rooms with private baths, TV and air-conditioning. Room décor ranges from traditional (and not so traditional) Victorian, to contemporary, to casual. The third floor rooms can be reserved as a suite perfect for families. Rooms in the Carriage House offer additional privacy, and the second floor Carriage House Suite is available for extended stays of a week or more. Breakfast is included with sweet and savory options served every morning. The menu varies with the seasons and vegetarian and vegan options are always available. With its elegant first floor parlors and extensive gardens it can easily accommodate private events of up to 40 indoors, and 200 outdoors.
