Kelsey Museum galleries will close to the public as of August 16, 2007, and reopen in the new Upjohn Wing in 2009. This elegant Romanesque building houses an enormous collection of nearly 100,000 objects from the civilizations of the Mediterranean. The Kelsey offers special exhibitions from its own collections as well as travelling exhibitions. Open Tuesday - Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday - Sunday 1pm to 4pm. Closed Mondays and University holiday's. Admission is free, but donations are welcomed.
