Adaptive Halloween Hike at Fillmore Park

Join Howell Recreation and UMAISE for a fun and inclusive Adaptive Halloween Hike at Fillmore Park on Friday, October 24. This free public event welcomes hikers of all experience levels for a one-mile trek over grassy terrain, starting around 5:00 pm. Costumes and decorated gear are encouraged to add to the festive spirit.

UMAISE will provide up to three GRIT all-terrain wheelchairs for participants who need them—availability is limited, so reservations are required by contacting Nikki at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Please note that trails are non-paved and GRIT chairs require upper body mobility. Staff and volunteers will be on-site to assist, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for everyone.
