Judging Criteria: Creativity & Originality • Craftsmanship • Presentation • Audience impact (for tie-breakers!)
It’s not about the goriest, bloodiest, most grotesque, or risqué, costume.

Prizes: With prizes like these only the best costumes will be considered for the winners circle!
